Yaahhooo!!! Can't wait till tomorrow..I'm going back to Kemaman!!! Heaven!!
Can't wait to meet up with Ibu ( my baby's beautiful mum ) , Nana ( my bf's shhweet sister ) and of course my big muffin , Yongster.....Can't wait to lepaq with Nana at Kemaman Lucky Star....
Actually , nana don't know that i'm heading back to Kemaman just to suprise her coz she has been wanting me to go there... I want to spend my time with her this weekend , watch the latest movie , "Tentang Dia" with her...I love her so much that I think I should make her happy for once as she had canceled her plans to come down to KL this weekend.. Just to cheer u up Nana!! Anything for you!!! I love you!!!

My Hearty Chocolate....

It's 8 am and I really really feel like eating my favourite ice cream..I know it sounds crazy I mean you must be saying " Wassup with her??8am and eating an ice cream??She's nuts!!!"..Yeah..Yeah..say whatever you wanna say but seriously peeps , I WANT MY ICE CREAM NOW!!! Sob...Sob....

My baby went back to his hometown...I'm sshoooo sshhhaaad.....If he's here , he'll be on his way buying me my ice cream I think...hehe...I wwoovve You!!!hikhik.....

Enough of those nonsense talking...So..today I wanna share with you guys ...my favourite homemade ice cream!!!! Yum..Yum....!!!!!!!

HEARTY CHOCOLATE

Makes about 1 ½ quarts2 cups heavy cream

2 cups whole milk

1/3 cup sugar

12 ounces best-quality bittersweet chocolate coarsely chopped

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract(Mexican Vanilla Makes It Even Better)

1. In a large, stainless steel saucepan over medium heat, add 1 cup cream, 1 cup milk and the sugar. Bring to a simmer and stir occasionally until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate. Make sure that all the chocolate is submerged.

2.Let stand for 5 minutes. Whisk the mixture until perfectly smooth. Whisk in the remaining cream, milk , and vanilla extract.

3. Chill, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the mixture to your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s directions.

OK people!!!Make sure you try this at home!!!! I don't know about you but I'm so into chocolate lately....Hmm....What's your flavour??

Stewwpid cat

I went lunch with my bf at subang.So..we went to this one horrible restaurant (My God!!I will never go and eat there anymore!!)..ok..ok..back to the stupid cat thingy again...Masa I tgh makan my lunch came this one ugly cat nak try to climb up my kaki...What's wrong with this cat?? You see...I don't know about you but everytime I go makan with my bf , the cat will like go to my table n nak lompat on me.....My bf said it's not possible because tak kan la everytime I makan kat kedai all the cats nak serbu kot..What??I'm some kind of catwoman is it??Do I look like your mama??Errgghh!! I hate cats!!!Seriously I hate them...

So..my bf who actually he bengang dgn me went and baling the cat somewhere else because I was like "Sayang!!!!I geli la!!!!!" and he's like menyampah I think I bising sgt kat situ...:p

How to Make Fried Oreo Cookies!

We Southeast Asians love gorengan, or fritters, especially come tea time in the evening. We've all had deep-fried versions of local fruits such pisang (banana), ubi keledek (sweet potato), and cempedak (jackfruit), all typically covered in a semi-salty coating of rice flour batter. Sinking your teeth into a hot and greasy sweet pisang goreng is just heavenly and sipping a cup of hot tea to wash it down brings the world (and your heart) to a standstill.
But has anyone ever tried Fried Oreo Cookies?!

Some of you are possibly cringing in disbelief at such an atrocious food concept. Heck, I couldn't believe that fried Oreo cookies existed! I first discovered about it while surfing an article on how to win at carnival games. Later in the article Robert (the author) mentioned that fried Oreos were an ever popular American carnival junk food that his friends liked.
Admittedly, I got extremely curious about it and as a result, I found many recipes for these weird fried Oreos littered all over the Internet.
I obviously couldn't keep this information to myself. So today I am going to teach you how to make your own fried Oreos! Contrary to all those other boring online recipes with just words written all over your screen, mine has got vivid pictures to illustrate every step! Good news for all you lazy readers.
The recipe was obtained from this website, but I modified the ingredient measurement by half as I didn't think I could eat 54 fried Oreos as the recipe suggested it could make.
So...interested???Anyone?? Neh...I don't think so.......

Bailey’s Irish Shake
Recipe by Amy Beh

Ingredients
4 tbsp Bailey’s Irish cream
2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
300ml milk
Some ice-cubesGarnishing
2 red cherries
Some mint leaves
Chocolate sauce
MethodCombine Bailey’s Irish cream, ice-cream and milk in a cocktail shaker. Shake until foamy.Pour into 2 long glasses. Garnish with a cherry and some mint leaves. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve at once.

Shittiest day of my life...
